I need to get healthy.
I don't think I'm fat, I know I'm not lazy. I'm just not as healthy as I feel I could be.
I just decided to start taking YOR Health products, I have resolved this year to eat more organic food, and as of last week, I have started to ride my bike to work when possible (a 12 mile route round trip).
So, trying to be as un-biased and scientific as possible, I am attempting to track my health life from the begining of my resolves (now), until... well will see what until means... I'm not sure how my life will improve, if at all.
For my health and lifestyle record:
I am a 22 year old woman living in Columbus, OH
I work in an ice cream shop, and I snack often during my long hours
I don't have a normal sleep routine, and often don't sleep through the night
I have had migraines and headaches for as long as I can remember
I have plantar fasciitis in both feet, heel to toe, and it hurts
Sometimes, I find myself short of breath
I am a dancer (no, not a stripper) and I dance 3-5 days a week (often in ballroom shoes)
I have mild acne
My cycle is not normal (sorry for any men reading, but full disclosure is the game here)
Ok, so all that being said, my day today went something like this:
Woke up at 3:45am, thirsty and dehydrated from having 2 alcoholic drinks with friends last night. I had to leave for work at 4:30am, and I never got back to sleep. I had about 5 hours of sleep last night. I had a progressivly worsening headache all day. By the time I got home at 2pm, with a full blown migraine, I took 4 ibuprofen, and took a 4 hour nap. By the time I got up, by headache was much better but not perfect.
Today I ate:
an egg and cheese sandwich
a bagel with cream cheese
a few cookies... maybe 6?
a sugar covered donut
vegetable noodle soup for dinner
leftover cake for dessert...yum.
...not by best eating day, I've had better...I think the headache and hunger got the better of me today.
Next resolve...to keep posting.
