Today was a fatty fatty 2 by 4, can't fit through the bedroom door day. ugh...
Work at 5am (drove...too early to bike) and I barely had the time to sit; it was a hectic day of serving people, organizing the fridge and freezer, putting away the delivery, and decorating 12 cakes in under 45 minutes. Whew! Also, I went shopping with my roommate, and went out to a movie with a friend who was is town... my diet today was less than perfect, and carb-full as usual:
breakfast biscuit
egg and cheese
more cookies at work (easily accessible and delicious)
a mess up ice cream that a co-worker made (small)
rotini pasta for lunch
dark chocolate covered coffee beans ...yum! (while out shopping)
small candy/chocolate/chip and dip samples while at Harry and David ...more yum!!!
dinner with my roommates family: chicken/noodle casserole, broccoli with cheese, toast, twice baked potato. movie with a friend...practicing junk food restraint.
Oh, and I also took ibuprofen twice today, 2 each time, to numb the dull pain in the back of my head, leftover from yesterday's migriane episode...but that is normal. My roommate refers to them as my candy snack...sometimes I'm afraid it is true.
Good news?
My YOR Health package arrived today. VERY EXCITING. My normal, nice, whole grain, vege-filled, organic diet has been lackluster with the start of Spring, and the plethera of events and people emerging from their winter hibernation.
Hopefully I will start tomorrow. Will keep posting.
